Patrick Allen
A 2008 graduate of the George Brown College IDEC program, Patrick and his wife Erica own and operate Central Maine Denture in Bangor, Maine. In 2019, they began transitioning into BPS, SEMCD and digital workflows and in 2025 Patrick became a BPS clinical and technical instructor. They now operate Denture Tech Learning Solutions and Mastercraft Denture Technologies to share their experience and help others reshape their workflows. Patrick is also an instructor for American Denturist College.
Mark Castanheiro
Mark Castanheiro has more than 35 years of success in sales and marketing. He has been with Quatro Air Technologies since 2017. Mark began his career in customer service in the men’s fashion industry in 1987. He went on to become Vice-President of Sales for North America for a reputable manufacture of tailored clothing based in Montreal, Canada. In 2017, Mark began working for Quatro Air Technologies as Sales Manager for their dental division and has since taken on several other distribution channels as Director of Sales and Customer Service.
His focus on product knowledge and air purification applications in the dental industry, has helped grow Quatro’s business worldwide with products currently sold in over 35 countries. Mark understands the importance of providing the best possible clean air solutions and has strong relationships with Quatro’s customer base.
Terry Davis
I am a retired Dental Hygienist born into the dental and medical world, my father a Dentist my mother an RN. I had a career working with some amazing dentists. I then went to Community Health and had the opportunity to work with one of the best Prosthodontist/Denturist!
Now I talk the talk of compliance in the Dental World! But I’m also a mother of 3 and grandma of 6, and though I no longer dig in plaque, I still get to dig….in my garden dirt.
Dean Fenwick
Dean Fenwick is founder and CEO of Specialized Office Systems Inc., creator of DOMx, a practice management platform used by denturists across North America. A former practice management instructor at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Dean has spent decades helping denturists improve efficiency through technology. Today, his focus is on advancing AI solutions purpose-built for denturist healthcare, including clinical documentation and patient communication tools. Dean is a strong believer that the future of denturism belongs to professionals willing to embrace and lead technological innovation.
Oscar Galvis
Oscar Galvis is a Certified Dental Technician in Complete Dentures, as well as a Master Dental Technician. He has extensive experience in CAD/CAM technologies, dental implants, and is an expert in the All-on-X implant procedures with being a part of over 2000 arches to date. He holds an A.A.S. from NYCCT, a B.S.H.S. with an Allied Dental Concentration from UMDNJ and a MS in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Rutgers University. He has been teaching for over a decade and is now an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYCCT creating educational content for both inside and outside of the classroom. He is owner and CEO NuCrown Dental Laboratory Inc. with mulitiple locations in New Jersey. In the past, he has been affiliated with NYCCT and Rutgers School of Dental Medicine developing content for curriculums in the form of instructional videos for courses such as Complete Dentures, Occlusion, Pre-clinical Dentistry, Fixed Prosthodontics and more. He has also managed/consulted for large DSOs, published in various journals, and has lectured at seminars internationally.
Evie Jesin
Evie Jesin has been a professor in the School of Dental Health of George Brown College for over forty-nine years and teaches denturist and dental hygiene students. She is a founding member of the International Denturist Education Centre of George Brown College and has lectured across Canada, United States and England as well as a speaker for national conventions in Canada and the United States. She received an honourary denturist award from the Clinical Dental Technicians Association in the United Kingdom.
She is the recipient of many professional awards. Her company DH Solutions Inc. provides continuing education for dental hygienists and denturists in the form of seminars and webinars. She provides remedial education to dental hygienists and denturists as required.
She captivates her audience with evidence-based information combined with humour and a wealth of case scenarios to enhance discussions for best denturist practice.
Ken Kincaid
Ken Kincaid, CDT, is a seasoned dental laboratory owner with more than 30 years of hands‑on experience in the industry. His passion for digital design has transformed his family‑owned analog lab into one of the most technologically advanced digital removable laboratories in the field. Ken’s commitment to innovation continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern removable prosthetics. When not in the lab, Ken enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends.
Tanya Little
Denturist, Tanya Little is the owner of Envision Denture and Implant Centre near Vancouver BC, Canada. She has been a Denturist for over 20 years, and during this time she has received ongoing training and education from around the world. Tanya has a keen interest in digital Denturism and started tinkering with digital denture solutions back in 2016. She is enthusiastic about Smile Design for Dentures, Trios intra-oral scanning, 3D printing and milling dentures. Her practice currently uses two Trios IOS, an F8 desktop scanner, Asiga 3D printers and Ivoclar PM7 for manufacturing. 3Shape scan/design software is her preferred choice. Tanya is a KOL for Ivoclar and Asiga and she is always looking for creative, new ways to use digital technology in her clinic.
Kristi Neff
Kristi Neff, CDT, is a Technical Specialist with over 35 years’ experience in the dental laboratory field. Specializing in the removables technical field, Kristi has developed strategies and efficient solutions to troubleshoot customer challenges. She lectures extensively worldwide with Dentsply Sirona.
Steffen Rohrbach
Steffen Rohrbach completed a comprehensive 4-year multidisciplinary program, earning his ZT/CDT accreditation in Dental Technology in 1996. Steffen serves as Director of Advanced Prosthetics and Education at Barksdale Dental Laboratory and Technology Center. He is a Certified SSOP Teacher and an official member of the Dental Technicians Guild. He is also the author of “The Legacy Prosthetic System”.
Nicole Rose Yen
Nicole Rose Yen is the founder and CEO of Aerial Core, where she helps owner-operators gain clarity and control over their finances and teams. She built her firm from the ground up to support growing businesses with practical, no-nonsense finance and people strategies, facilitating owners to scale sustainably while maintaining visibility and control.
Stephanie Yeats
Stephanie brings more than thirty years of extensive experience to the patients and students of her practice. She began her career in 1988 as a crown and bridge technician in Devon, England, where she was born and raised. In 1991, she joined a dental laboratory that specialized in prosthetics and casting, where her passion for dentures first began.
To further her education, in 1989 Stephanie enrolled at the Dental School at Cardiff University in Wales, graduating in 1993 with a National Diploma in Science (Dental Technology). Her dedication to her studies was recognized when she received a grant from The Prince of Wales Business Trust for Young Entrepreneurs.
Following graduation, Stephanie established her own laboratory, “The Tooth Fairy,” at just twenty-one years old which she ran and operated until she moved to Canada to pursue greater business opportunities in 2004.
In 2008, she became certified as a Licensed Dental Technician (LDT), which allowed her to pursue further education and professional qualifications. She later earned her Licensed Denturist (LD) license.
Stephanie is one of only four technical instructors in Canada certified to teach SEMCD (Lower Suction Denture). She has trained technicians, dentists, and denturists across North America in these specialized techniques. In addition, she is a certified instructor in Ivoclar’s Bio functional Prosthetic System (BPS) and currently serves on the executive committee of the Denturist Association of British Columbia.
Noah White
Noah White is the Product Technical Manager for VITA North America, bringing 13 years of experience in the dental field. As both an RDA and a CDT, they have a comprehensive background working across every area of the dental laboratory—from digital workflows to traditional analog techniques.
With hands-on expertise in a wide range of materials, Noah White specializes in ceramics, where their deep technical understanding and practical experience support clinicians and technicians in achieving consistent, esthetic results. In their role at VITA, they provide education, product training, and technical guidance to help dental professionals maximize the performance of VITA materials in daily practice.
